Together, We Made This Happen

We simply wouldn’t exist without the incredible support of our community. Loring Corners has been with us every step of the way—waiving rent, covering buildout and startup costs, and cheering us on from the start. Our neighbors and fellow tenants have been just as amazing. LAB MPLS gifted us our name, logo, branding, and interior design expertise, all free of charge. Eric Kassel of Lake and Pine produced and directed our first marketing video at no cost. Taylor McCall-Landry of M-L Properties brought our vision to life with a buildout at a steep discount. And Amber and Ross Arcuri of 86 Pastries keep our bakery case full with their delicious baked goods.

Special Touches from Our Neighbors

Birchbark Books is operated by a spirited collection of people led by world renowned author, Louise Erdrich. They believe in the power of good writing, the beauty of handmade art, the strength of Native culture and the importance of small and intimate bookstores. In addition to their storefront located on Lake of the Isles, their event space and shipping center are located just up the alley from the coffee shop. We feel lucky that they generously provide books they can't sell to our FREE little library! Stop by and browse next time you are in and feel free to take a book with you when you go!

Tangerine House of Design is our next door neighbor. Owner, Lisa Asp, offers exceptional and dramatic portrait photography for your four-legged (and two-legged) family members. She is also a big supporter of Fawkes Alley and generously donates supplies for us to offer FREE pup cups to any dogs visiting the coffee shop! Just ask the barista next time you stop by on a walk through the park with your pup!

LAB is one of our incredible supporters. Their expertise in logo design and branding strategy played a crucial role in bringing our vision to life, helping us establish a memorable presence in the community. They also created one of our most popular drinks, the “LAB Latte” – a delicious lavender latte that the community absolutely loves.
